  • Is turnover the same as minimum withdrawal?

Minimum withdrawal vs maximum withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal requirement is the stated threshold or condition that must be reached before payout under a promotion. Maximum withdrawal is the payout cap. They can therefore appear numerically “reversed” without being contradictory.

Example: an offer may show a minimum withdrawal requirement of RM1800 but a maximum withdrawal of RM10. In that case the RM1800 figure is the qualifying threshold/condition, while RM10 is the final payout cap.

Turnover is a separate rule

If an offer states turnover, this guide shows it in its own column. It is not silently converted into a minimum withdrawal figure.
